These SMS Terms govern the text-messaging program operated by Chazut Investments ("we," "us," or "our"). By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to these terms.
1. Program Description
When you contact us or submit a form and opt in, we send text messages related to your inquiry. This includes:
- Conversational replies to questions and requests you send us;
- Appointment, scheduling, and customer-care updates related to the services you asked about.
We do not send unsolicited marketing texts, and we only message individuals who have opted in.
2. Consent / Opt-In
You opt in by submitting your mobile number through our website form with the consent checkbox selected, by texting us first, or by giving us verbal or written permission to text you. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Your consent is specific to Chazut Investments and is not shared with third parties.

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details. We do not charge for the messages, but your carrier may.
5. Opt-Out — STOP
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again.
